Following the devastating Californian wildfires, Luxe Developments, a California-based real estate development company, embarked on a mission to rebuild the homes and communities that were lost. They entrusted Rogue Studios with the task of bringing one of these redevelopments to life through 3D visualization.

Working closely with Oren Levy, CEO of Luxe Developments, and Caroline Schoppe, Creative Director of Concept by C (the amazing Interior Design Studio that designed the interiors), we refined every detail — textures, materials, and mood until we achieved a visual narrative that captured the spirit of renewal they envisioned.

The result? Stunning interior and exterior 3D renders of what we fittingly named internally: Project Phoenix.

At Rogue Studios, we believe that visualization is more than just imagery — it’s a critical bridge between vision and reality. Our work empowers developers, designers, and architects to not only imagine, but to realize spaces that inspire, restore, and transform communities.

We’re proud to have played a small part in the rebirth of the Southern Californian cityscape — and we can’t wait to see Project Phoenix after construction completion.
